Overview

The Bellwether District’s Innovation campus is a world-class manufacturing and R&D hub that will accommodate the full life cycle of life science and innovation development within an urban core where world-renowned universities, hospitals and companies are pioneering life-saving cures using cell and gene therapy and AI healthcare technology. Featuring 3.5M developable square feet of space on 250 acres, Phase I will commence construction of three manufacturing buildings totaling 480,000 square feet in 2024.
